- TitleJonathan Halsworth of Cranfield convicted of unlawfully stealing a rail being part of a wooden hurdle set up to be used as a fence. Halsworth is adjudged to pay the sum of 6d, the value of the article, and forfeit the sum of 1s for injury and to also pay costs of 13s 6d. If in default of immediate payment, to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 14 days unless the sum shall be paid sooner.
