Jospeh Burrows convicted of wilfully and maliciously damaging, injuring and spoling a heap of rushes standing in the parish of Tingrith, property of Richard Oliver, James Oliver, Sophia Oliver and Elizabeth Oliver. Burrows is adjudged to pay the sum of 20s, the value of the article, and forfeit the sum of 1s for injury and to also pay costs of 9s. If in default of immediate payment, to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 2 calendar months unless the sum shall be paid sooner.
