    - to be buried near brother Edward Blofeild in church of Flitwick -to wife Elizabeth moiety of close of pasture in Houghton Conquest called Westey or Westley 60 acres with moiety of orchard adjoining said close also moiety of half acre of turf ground in Lowsie mead in Maulden -to Giles Blofeild junior, eldest son of testator the other moiety of the said premises and reversion of the moiety devised to testator's wife on condition that he pays the following sums: -to Edward Blofeild testator's youngest son £300 within 3 years -Anne daughter of testator, wife of Anthony Dunkin £26..13..4 in 2 years -Elizabeth daughter of testator, wife of John Dunkin £36..13..4 in 2 years -to Margaret Blofeild daughter of testator 100 marks in 3 years -to Mary Blofeild daughter of testator 100 marks at 21 -100 marks to grandchild Frances Poole at 21 if Giles does not pay these sums then the premises is to go to Edward Blofeild aforesaid and if he does not pay them, then the daughters and granddaughter aforesaid to enjoy premises -to wife 8 cows, a bull and a nag called Thorpe now going in the said park and half of all moveable goods -20s to the poor of Ampthill -20s to the poor of Flitwick -20s to the poor of Houghton to be distributed by the Churchwardens and overseers -residue to son Giles sole executor Witnesses: Thomas Pearce, Jeremy Pearce, Edward Smith 30 Dec 1645 Codicil: annuls legacy to Edward Blofeild as has secured said sum to him by a demise and has already paid over £120; has discharged to daughter Margaret £24 part of her portion so she is to have only £20. since making will testator has maintained said Frances Pool at own charge so she is not to receive legacy Witnesses: Edmund Wingate, Thomas Bussey, Edward Smith, Jeremy Pearce 20 Apr 1651
