To wife Philadephia;- over and above several yearly sums entitled to under Marriage Settlement And under will of her late Monter Lady Dyke. Totteridge Park, Hertfordshire for life or widowhood, And £500 and Jewels and ornaments. To son William Messuage or dwelling house in Bloomsbury Square, County of Middlesex with outhouses, stables, fixtures and other rights and oppurtenances till end of lease And household goods, fixtures, linen, china and other furniture belonging to 4 daughters (Philadelphia, Harriet, Louisa and Sophia Lee) addit sum of money as with sums entitled under Marriage Settlement of Testator should add up to £10,000 after death of wife - Totteridge Estate, Hertfordshire and land in Hendon and Edgware, Middlesex to son William in entail male. then Reversion to 2 daughters, and ultimate Reversion to Sir William Lee. Residue to be laid out in purchase of freehold lands to use of son William in entail male but if estate eventually gets to daughters, no further purchase to be made but equally divided between 4 daughters. Can grant up to £500 rent or annual sum to use of any woman they might marry in bar of dower. Power to lease parts of Bedfordshire estate on leases up to an including 21 years beneficiaries when inherit estate must assume name LEE on risk of forfeiture.
