- Scope and Content-messuage, barns, gardens, appurtenances etc. in Howend in Houghton Conquest wherein i) now dwells -close of pasture called Calves Close 13 acres -another close adjoining the yards of the said messuage lately pasture but at this time some part thereof is ploughed, the whole close containing 28 acres which said lands were sometime known as Westey or Westley and all other lands of i) in Houghton Conquest excepting one close of pasture that lies westward of the last mentioned close and contains 17 acres, which is already mortgaged to the said Thomas Hackett for £300 [see RO2/49-/51] for term of 900 years at peppercorn rent repayment at house of ii) in North Crawley, Buckinghamshire £121..10s on 7 September next Signature: i) Witnesses: William Page, James Springall
