Prosecution documents with regard to James Parrott, Francis Pratt, William Hickinbottom otherwise called William Holloday, William Reeve, Joseph Smith and Giles Pyne, together with other evil persons to the number of 10 or more did unlawfully riotously and routously assemble and gather together to disturb the peace upon James Gibbons and did wound, beat and illtreat the said James Gibbons in the parish of Heath & Reach.
