    1) Lease and Release 1) Reverend Charles Tanqueray, late of Bicester Oxon, but then of Halesworth, Suffok ( one of sons and devisees in Trust of late Thomas Tanqueray of Tingrith who was brother and heir at law of David Tanqueray, late of Woburn.) 2a) Reverend Edward Tanqueray, of Tingrith. 2b) Reverend James Gascoyne Littlehales, late of Brazen Nose ( Brasenose) College Oxford but then of Mixbury, Oxon Clerk. 2c) Thomas Smith of The Chapter House, St. Paul '5 Church Yard, London, Gentleman'( Only surviving Trustees of Deed of Settlement 16 February 1797). 3) Thomas Gell of Riseley, Gentleman ( purchased). 4) Benjamin Welstead of Kimbolton, Esq.( Trustee of 3) recites deed of settlement 15 and 16 February 1797 ( Listed in full in GA 2898X) recites death of J.L. Littlehales. Messuage, tenement or Farmhouse with the closes, lands, meadows and pasture ground. Now or late in occupation of John Bodger in Sharnbrook and Bletsoe and 2 cottages in above parishes in occupance of John Boddington and Samuel Ping etc. Cosideration £3150 paid by 3) to 2) with approval of 1). 11 & 12 July 1805 2) Assignment 1) Charles Dymoke Willaume of Waltham Green, Middlesex ( son and administrator of goods etc. of Elizabeth Willaume, late of Tingrith, widow, deceased. She was the child and next of kin of Mary Dymoke, late of Tingrith, widow. C.D. Willaume was also adminstrator etc of goods of said Mary Dymoke, deceased. 2) C. Tanqueray 3) T, Gell 4) B, Welstead Trustee for residue of terms.
