(Trustees for 2) Messuage , tenement or farm house, now or late in the occupance of William Chapman, his assignees or undertenants in Souldrop, belonging to Manor of Colworth or inclosed ground. AND close of pasture of inclosed ground called South Ash Hill, lately divided into 2 parts (35Acres) AND close of pasture of inclosed ground called Ramsleys (8Acres). AND close of pasture near adjoining messuage called Cotsoe (24Acres) now occupied by William Chapman and lying in Souldrop, and are part of the Manor of Colworth and all other lands of Robert Montagu in occupance of William Chapman AND close inclosed ground called North Ash Hill (35Acres) in Souldrop abs North West South Ash Hill now or late in occupance of Robert Montagu or his tenants. AND Grove or spinney of wood at North West end of the closes and all other groves, coppice, woods to same belonging. AND close or inclosed ground (now divided into 2) called Windmill Hill (21Acres) in Souldrop. AND close, land or passageway leading from Windmill Hill to Gotsoe Close and also the Rideing or sward ground called the Rideing in Colworth thick (2Acres). AND close or inclosed ground in Souldrop called 'Old Close' (7Acres) now in occupance of Robert Hanger. AND all other lands, meadows, pastures, wood etc. of Robert Montagu in occupance of Robert Hanger. AND spinney or coppice grove called Gotsoe Spinney (3Roods, 7Poles)within the fences thereof abs to South East Gotsoe Close in proper holding of Robert Montagu. AND wood and wood ground called Colworth Thick. AND grove or spinney near adjoining Gotsoe. AND soil of wood etc (39Acres, 1Rood, 16Poles) within the fences in Souldrop. AND Tithes and Tenths of all corn, grain, hay and wood. AND all other tithes (predial and mixed and minute) on said messuage and lands. EXCEPT Composition or Rate Tithe of 5s 4d per annum. Customarily payable to the Rector of Souldrop, except tithe on Colworth Thick and lands in occupance of Robert Hanger AND except the woods growing on 1/2Acre of wood ground in Colworth Thick. Customarily felled and taken by the Rector in lieu of all tithes and demands on the said wood.
