timber yard in Carlton to his son in law Thomas Fairey upon various trusts, and on death of widow to sell and divide money between his two daughters, Elizabeth Brooks wife of Joseph Brooks and Lydia Fairey, and reciting also codicil etc. and death 21 September 1873.
