    Conveyance by Lease and Release Parties: (i) Thomas, 2nd Viscount Hampden; (ii) John Trevor of Bromham, only brother of (i); (iii) George Brooks, late of Green Street, Saint George Hanover Square [Middlesex], now of Twickenham [Middlesex], esquire; (iv) William Lowndes and Henry Hodgson, two of the Commissioners for the Redemption of Land Tax as in R6/7/1/5; (v) John, 6th Duke of Bedford Reciting: - R6/7/1/3; - Lease and Release of 2-3 April 1792 in which (i) conveyed (a)-(dq) in R6/7/1/3 to (iii) as trustee to receive rents and profits and in discharge a mortgage of £20,000due to (iii); - deed poll of (iii) of 28 June 1793 stating that of the £20,000 the sum of £8,735 plus interest was in trust for Sarah Johnson of Upper Brook Street, Saint George Hanover Square, spinster, now deceased and that the residue was the proper money of (iii) and reciting that (i) had paid off £1,000 of the £20,000 leaving £10,265 due to (iii) which was advanced by (ii) so that (iii) stood possessed of the security in trust for (ii); - deed poll of (iii) of 24 February 1802 acknowledging receipt from (i) of £8,735 and that (iii), executor of the will of Sarah Johnson, had proved it in PCC; - Katherine, wife of (i) died without issue in 1804 and that in 1805 (i) married Jane Maria Brown, spinster but there was no issue of the marriage; - £10,265 was still remained owing to (ii); - (ii), with the consent of (i), contracted for redemption of £135/0/3 Land Tax on land in Bromham on 11 May 1808; - R6/7/1/5; - (i), with the consent of (ii) had agreed to sell (a)-(b) to (v) for £2,0275/-; - on 22 February 1814 (v) caused the purchase money to be invested in £2,852/5/3 capital stock at 3% reduced Bank annuities and (i) purchased with his own money £1101/11/2 Bank annuities together making £2,951/16/5 which were transferred to the commissioners for the reduction of the National Debt; - (ii), at the request of (i), had agreed to release (a)-(b) from mortgage money and covenanted that (iii) as executor of Sarah Johnson would join the conveyance Operative Part: - (v) invested £2,852/5/3 in capital stock; - (v) paid 10/- each to (i) and (iii); - (i) with the consent of (iv) conveyed and (iii) with the consent of (i) and (ii) released (a)-(b) to (v) Property: (a) The Lawnes of 15 acres , 3 roods formerly in the occupation of Earl of Ludlow, now the Marquis of Tavistock; (b) The Cow Pasture of 24 acres,2 roods, 8 poles formerly in the occupation of John Rogers, now Marquis of Tavistock (a)-(b) in Bromham abutting River Great Ouse N; other lands of (i) in the occupation of John Rogers E and S; land of (v) in Stevington in the occupation of Marquis of Tavistock W Witnesses: - Thomas Pearce Brown of Norfolk Street [Middlesex]; - Christopher Haedy, clerk to Thomas Pearce Brown; - Theed Pearse junior of Bedford; - Robert Cole, butler to Viscount Hampden; - W.
