Circuit meeting minutes, with proposal to lease church at Houghton Conquest to Boys Brigade West Anglia Battalion for use as a Christian Youth Resource Centre, initially for 10 years. Also includes note that with effect from 1 April 2002 responsibility for managing the Bridge Hostel passed from Bedford Methodist Outreach to Bedford Housing Link and if no viable new project is found by the end of March 2004 Bedford Methodist Outreach will be closed.
