To nephew Simon son of Simon Covington of Well Street, shoemaker, messuage in St. Peter's, late purchased of Martha Butler, occupied John Beldam, shoemaker, Simon paying thereout: £50 to brother John Covington, £40 to kinsman William Covington of St. Mary's, £40 to nephew, wife Charles Hoggington of Coventry, cabinet maker, £40 to nephew James Covington of Clifton, £40 to nephew Joseph, traveller and lacebuyer, £10 to brother William Covington, £40 to nephew Simon son of William Covington; Remainder to nephew Simon son of Simon Covington, executor.
