All real estate in Bedford to George Osborn of Newport Pagnell, woolstapler, John Rogers of same, surgeon and Ebenezer Malden of Bedford mealman, in trust to be sold.
To wife Anne Wells Kilpin all household goods etc for life then to children.
All stock, securities etc to trustees.
Trustees are to permit Thomas Kilpin to purchase real estate and whole stock in trade as brazier, tinman, ironmonger and smith, he paying £20 per annum to testator's widow.
Trustees to pay moiety of monies arising from sale and ready money etc. to wife, moiety to be invested for wife for life, for support of children.
Executors, trustees.
Witnesses: William Pearce of Bedford Bootmaker, John Hill of Bedford Bookseller, William Rogers of Bedford solicitor.
