Has known future husband for two years but 'until three weeks ago thought the love was only on my side'. Hope to marry in late July or early August. Must stay at Page's as long as possible to get a little money together for clothes. Will try to see Miss Walker on way back from wedding trip. Thinks mother will have 'her own rooms in a town where one of us are living'. Doesn't know where future home will be Martin leaving Bedford in early May. 'I must try & see about making clothes & home things is it not a pity I am as helpless with my needle?'
