    Copy Conveyance Parties: (i) Thomas Henry, Baron Foley; Charles Romilly of Wilton Place, Belgrave Square [Middlesex]; George Russell of Chesham Place, Belgrave Square, esquire; (ii) William, 8th Duke of Bedford; (iii) The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Bedford Reciting: (I) Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford was seized of the right to hold a fair for horses and cattle at Saint Leonard’s in Bedford, Saint Mary; (II) will of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford, of 7th May 1861 devising all his real estate (except those in Dorset subject to annuities) to (i) as trustees for (ii) (III) death of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford on 14th May 1861 and proof of his will in PPR on 31st July 1861 (IV) (iii) had agreed to purchase the right to hold the fair from (ii) for £100 Operative Part: - (iii) paid £100 to (ii); - (ii), with the consent of (i), relinquished (a) to (iii) Property: (a) the power to hold a fair on 17th November yearly at Saint Leonard’s in Bedford, Saint Mary for the buying and selling of horses and all manner of cattle Witness: - Thomas J.
