To wife Margaret furniture she chooses; copyhold messuage with barn and garden in Cranfield, adjoining house testator now is living in, occupied Thomas Fountain, for ever; freehold close called Oaks sward (15 acres), occupied Edward Odell, for life; then to Thomas Manning of Cranfield, carpenter and joiner, in trust to be sold, and money divided into 8 parts: To nephew Samuel Litchfield, nephew John Litchfield, nieces Sarah and Hannah Litchfield, niece Selina Pain, wife of Robert Paine, gamekeeper, niece Keziah Taylor wife of Joel Taylor, niece Elizabeth Staines wife of Thomas Edward Staines, and remaining 1/8 part between children of late niece Edith Austin. Remainder of real and persoanl estate also to Manning, to be sold, and applied in 8 parts as before. Executor: Manning.
