Mary Agnes Drake widow, lady of the manor. W.H. Hitchcock steward. Recites that Ebenezer Lovell formerly of Cranfield, grocer, late of Northampton, out of business, died 12 May 1881, seized of: -- Cottage in Cranfield Town End, formerly occupied Elizabeth Bushby, widow, John Odell, Thomas Webb and now Esther Webb; which he bequeathed to nephew Edward Ebenezer Lovell. Admission of Edward Ebenezer Lovell.
