For 3 years at £63 10. per annum:- - Messuage or farmhouse formerly occupied by Thomas Wells now by Thomas Wagstaffe, closes and lands adjoining called Swannel's farm; except 9 lands in Church field part of Smith's farm, and 28perches and 11 lands in Church field, Common Moley close in Woodend field, 4 lands in Little Field, 6 lands in the same, the spinney in Brook field, part of Swannel's farm.
