- (a) conveyed to (iii) in trust;
- (a) divided into 58 separate plots and Taylor Street and Cobden Street (now Concorde Street) created as shown in included ground plan;
- deeds to remain in possession of (i);
- widows of (i) and (ii) not to be entitled to dower out of the property
Property:
(a) Land bounded by Scholefield Place (now Hitchin Road), York Street, Lattimore Terrace (now High Town Road) and property of John Waller (now Charles Street).
Covenant:
- that nothing will be built on plot 19 that would cause an obstruction in Taylor Street, and no noxious or offensive trade or business to be carried on there
