    Parties: (i) John Francis Bontems of Hemel Hempstead, brewer; (ii) John Everitt of Luton, manufacturer; (iii) Charles Henry Edmonds of Eldon Chambers, Devereux Court, Temple, Middx, gentleman Reciting: - Z1550/14, conveyance of property to (i) Operative part: - (a) conveyed to (iii) in trust; - (a) divided into 58 separate plots and Taylor Street and Cobden Street (now Concorde Street) created as shown in included ground plan; - deeds to remain in possession of (i); - widows of (i) and (ii) not to be entitled to dower out of the property Property: (a) Land bounded by Scholefield Place (now Hitchin Road), York Street, Lattimore Terrace (now High Town Road) and property of John Waller (now Charles Street).
