    - devises to his son William Okey all his real estate in Luton now occupied by Francis Tuffnail, George Bowstreed and Edward Howard, with charges on the property as follows: (i) £26 p.a. to be paid to his wife Mary for life; (ii) £50 to be paid to his daughter Mary Cook; (iii) £50 to be paid to his grand daughters Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia Gutteridge, the three children of his late daughter Lydia, when they reach age 21; - devises to his daughter Mary Cook all his real estate in Harlington; - devises to his daughter Ann Okey all his tenement (now divided into two dwellings) in Caddington (Herts), now or lately occupied by Joseph Smith and the Widow Howard; - bequeaths all his household goods and £30 from his personal estate to his wife Mary; - bequeaths £100 from his personal estate to his daughter Ann Okey; - bequeaths to his son Jeremiah Okey 4s per week to paid if and only if he becomes poor and unable to provide for himself; - bequeaths remainer of his personal estate to his son William Okey; - appoints his son William Okey as executor; - witnesses: Samuel Marsom, Richard Surkett and William Goldsmith
