Recites the authority to exchange made in the settlement 4 & 5 June 1830. In exchange for the copyhold surrendered by Lindsell to Wilshere's trustees, (H/WS847), the trustees convey to Lindsell: 7 acres 1rood 10 perches freehold meadow or pasture, being the North West part of Shortmead Close, occupied Charles Nash, divided from the rest of the close by a hedge and ditch henceforth to be kept in repair by Lindsell, bounded on South East by residue of close, and on all other sides by land of Lindsell.
