- Scope and ContentThe trespass taking place at the mansion house of Edward Penfold being called Heath House, its outbuilding and upon its closes and parcels of land to wit 50 acres was enclosed land and 60 acres open unenclosed land. A fine of £50 each is imposed on the defendants and committed to Bedford Gaol until they have paid such fines.
