    Recites : Changes in the arrangement of the property since 1844: 7 acres 2 roods 24 perches have been taken from the Sheep Walk and added to Burnt Wood. Conveyance by Birchens to Willis The Three Cornered Piece, 6 acres 3 roods 17 perches 8 acres 0 roods 6 perches arable, part of Hunger Hill Field, bounded North West by highway, by remining part of field South partly by little Hunger G Hill and partly by Hitchmead Field. The purchase money, £1313, was paid to Musgrave on 16 Feb. 1822 to reduce mortgage. All the property in H/WS830-831 is now conveyed to Musgrave, (except the pieces conveyed to Willis) Of the purchase money, £18,482-11-10 is retained by Musgrave, in satisfaction of the mortgage; £1000 is paid to Willis in part satisfaction of his mortgage; & £200 is paid to Birchens.
