James Warner of Old Warden convicted of unlawfully and maliciously damaging an elm tree property of the Right Honorable Robert Henry Ongley. Sentenced to forfeit the sum of 5 shillings, a shillings and 7 shillings 6 pence in costs. If in default to be imprisoned at the House of Correction for the space of a calendar month.
