to use of wife Elizabeth with power to sell 2 acres if occasion should arise and the residue to right heirs of said Thomas Brace who were to pay £5 to the poor of Millbrook.
said Elizabeth afterwards sold 1 acre thereof to John Fountain at rent of 1s
William Brace is the heir of said Thomas and paid £5 to the poor of Millbrook and is now admitted
