Whereas: John Teesdale died December 1845
£2,000 bequeathed to Viscount Morpeth and Frederick Dawes Danvers has been paid to Francis Duke of Bedford with consent of Henry Edward Lord Holland and Charles Richard Fox and payment of said sum by Duke of Bedford to Viscount Morpeth and Frederick Dawes Danvers has been secured by Indenture [a note that this refers to draft 2]
within mentioned mortgages for £10,000, £13,000 and £10759..13..3 have been transferred to Charles Richard Fox and mortgage for £3,240..6..9 has been transferred to Henry Edward Lord Holland
whereas: trusts of within written Indenture have been fully performed
now: i) release to ii) all actions etc. in respect of trusts created by within Indenture
approved on behalf of Duke of Bedford by N Baseni, 27 February 1847 and Wing and Twining 1 March 1847; Witnesses to signature of Duke , Christopher Haedy and Joseph Bailey, Bedford Office, Bloomsbury
