- Scope and ContentWill: extracted from the Register of the Consistorial Court of Waterford and Lismore Anna Wakefield of Waterford, widow of Joseph Wakefield - to daughter Anna Nevins widow of late Penrose Nevins all property, personal or hereditary, the latter held in 2 sixths of the land of Borlart in the Kings County, 1/6 in virtue of will of late maternal uncle Joseph Russell and 1/6 by deed of sale effected on the same by late Ambrose Fayle and wife Mary - if said daughter predecease testatrix, then property bequeathed as follows; - to grandson John Bell Wakefield son of late son John Wakefield of Belfast, £300 - residue to grandson Hugh Nevin Nevins - if all above predecease testatrix then property to be shared between surviving children of late husband Joseph Wakefield - said daughter Anne and Joshua William Strangman executors
