Order in Chancery Thomas Borrett agreed to sell Biggleswade property to Joseph Musgrave Esq., for £9,400. The trustees of the marriage settlement of Thomas and Martha Borrett would not agree to make the conveyance without direction from Chancery. The Master orders and enquiry into the contract, and authorises the sale if the report is favourable.
