    remainder of property to trustees, Robert Scawen of Rygate, Surrey, Esq., and William Scawen of Wallbrooke, London, Esq. Half the profits are to be given to wife Susannah during her life, and the other half is for education etc. of daughters Susannah and Martha. If both daughters die, the property is to be sold and the profits are to go to nieces Elizabeth Palmer and Winifred Scawen, daughters of elder brother J. Borrett, deceaed.
