Will of Thomas Borrett of Shoreham, Kent., Esq. to wife Susannah - Household goods and furniture in house Serjeants Inn, Fleet St. Coach and pair of best horses. Linen at house at Shoreham, & furniture put in it after making will. The furniture already in the house is to be enjoyed by her during her life but is to remain there after her death, and treated as heirlooms.

Half the profits are to be given to wife Susannah during her life, and the other half is for education etc. of daughters Susannah and Martha. If both daughters die, the property is to be sold and the profits are to go to nieces Elizabeth Palmer and Winifred Scawen, daughters of elder brother J. Borrett, deceaed.
