    1) Ann Hickson of Langford, widow of Joseph Hickson of Langford, farrier John Hickson of Langford, farrier (eldest son of Joseph) (vendors) 2) Samuel Willson of Holme, Biggleswade, gentleman (purchaser) recites Deed of 14 July 1806 a) all that part and so much of Close, late pasture, now arable lying near or at back of a messuage, formerly Anthony Reynolds in Langford (3 acres) now called Dovehouse Close and rest is part of Rectory of Langford; Except such part of Dovehouse Close as lies on the side thereof held of Manor of Langford containing 1 acre 2 roods 23 perches contracted to be sold to Samuel Wells lately fenced off. b) close, piece or parcel of meadow formerly Richard Miles’s called Midsummer Meadow lying next the River (4 acres) (together with 1 acre meadow held of Manor of Holme with Langford, now or heretofore divided into 2 pieces called the Great and the Little Meadow c) 1 acre of land and grass ground lying with the Manor of Langford Rectory being part of a close of pasture in Langford, purchased by John Hurst deceased, of Richard Miles, now called Dovehouse Close, late in occupation of William Edwards, adjoining to messuage in Langford (formerly Anthony Reynolds) consideration £90 paid by 2) to 1) 20 Sep 1824
