    Recites: RH2/59 Recites: Court of the Manor of Millbrook 20 December 1828; Admission of Wilmer Gossip by attorney Samuel Swaffield to aforesaid premises Whereas: heirs of Wilmer Gossip (now Wilmer Wilmer) not having been mentioned in said surrender it is doubted whether the same can pass inheritance and i), having survived Edward Smith and John Morris and being entitled to such interest in said premises as was not conveyed by surrender 1 October 1825 (RH2/59) has applied to Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland and Right Honourable Henry Edward Vassall Lord Holland to make new surrender to use of Wilmer and his heirs now: i) appoints ii) attorney to surrender said premises to use of Wilmer Wilmer and heirs in trust for persons entitled thereto under will of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland Witness: Samuel Swaffield, Ampthill Park
