To son William:- messuage in North Crawley, Buckinghamshire; cottage divided into 2 in Turvey occupied by Charles Hind and Edward Luddington; close of pasture adjoining and 42 acres land.
To son Skevington;- 2 cottages in Bedford occupied by James Ashwell and --- ?
To daughter Elizabeth; - all real estate in Sherrington, Buckinghamshire, for life; then to son William.
To each of grandchildren £10 each.
To son Skevington cottage, bakehouse, mills and land leased from Earl of Peterborough.
Remainder to son Skevington, executor..
