To son Skevington;- 2 cottages in Bedford occupied by James Ashwell and --- ? To daughter Elizabeth; - all real estate in Sherrington, Buckinghamshire, for life; then to son William. To each of grandchildren £10 each. To son Skevington cottage, bakehouse, mills and land leased from Earl of Peterborough. Remainder to son Skevington, executor..
