Out of Court surrender by Rebecca Sammon of Bedford, widow, and Elizabeth Bonsall of Glan Rheidoll, Cardigan, widow (nèe Davies) a) part and so much of a close late pasture but now arable (3 acres) lying near or at the back of a messuage, formerly Anthony Reynolds in Langford and is now staked out and fenced off on the north side from another piece of land which contains 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches and is about to be sold to Samuel Wells and is called Dovehouse Close. (rest is copyhold of Manor of Rectory of Langford) (formerly in tenure of Joseph Hickson and now in tenure of Richard Kingsley) b) as above in HF40/2/13/12 property b) tenant before Hickson and his wife Ann was William Edwards and Except right of way for Ann Hickson of Langford, widow and Henry Hickson her son over north corner of Midsummer Meadow to Little Midsummer Meadow 13 Sep 1824
