Appoints Margaret, wife, sole executrix and guardian of younger children during their minorities until 21. within 3 years after his decease to sell all real estate, sell all household goods “except such part of my said household goods, plate, linen, china and other furniture which shall be in my house wherein I shall dwell at the time of my decease and which she.... shall have the liberty to chuse” – to account for same or value to children at decease, legacy of £200 to her over above her marriage settlement, divide net monies equally between 4 children Richard Edmund Rudd, Edward Miles Rudd, Thomas Anderson Rudd and Anna Maria Rudd allowance not over £80 per annum brother John £10 for mourning and 3s per week brother George £5 for mourning and 1s per week brother Richard Rudd of Great Queen Street, London, gentleman and wife Mary Elizabeth and daughter Mary Elizabeth £20 each for mourning nephew Rudd £20 for mourning executorship revoked if wife remarries, if so then Richard Edmund and Edward Miles Rudd executors made 12 Apr 1797 proved 24 Oct 1797
