Appointment Parties (i) Richard Littleboy of Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire], banker and Mary, his wife; (ii) School Board of the United District of Stanbridge, Eggington and Tilsworth; (iii) William Henry Darby of Brynibr near Wrexham [Denbigh], ironmaster; John Elles Littleboy of Hinton Bridge, Watford [Hertfordshire], miller Reciting - will of Daniel Brown late of Luton, gentleman, deceased of 17 March 1852, proved 1 September 1854; - settlement of of 3 May 1856 between (1) Richard and Mary Littleboy and (2) Thomas Graham Littleboy (now dead) and William Henry Darby; - appointment of trustee of 11 December 1872 between (1) Richard and Mary Littleboy; (2) William Henry Darby and (3) John Eeles Littleboy in which (a) with other land was vested in (iii) in trust for (i) - Order of the Department of Education of 23 November 1874 uniting Stanbridge, Eggington and Tilsworth into one School Board Operating Part - (i) appointed (a) to (ii) for £125 Property (a) piece of land in Stanbridge on the north side of the road leading to Tilsworth and abutting west on the Primitice Methodist chapel and school as the site of a Board School and playground Witnesses: - Francis Littleboy of Newport Pagnell, accountant
