    Recites:RH4/6 Recites: will of George Exton 10 December 1801; bequeathed to i) all real and personal estates on trusts and appoints them executors Recites: Enclosure of Ampthill 1808 by which there was allotted to Samuel Batchelder in lieu of right of commons in respect of freehold messuage in Woburn Street in Ampthill (being the messuage mentioned in RH4/6) - plot on Ampthill Warren 1 acre 2 roods 31 perches : N. public drain no.3 : E. private road : S. allotment to Joseph Pulley : W. public drain no.1 whereas: Samuel Batchelder built several messuages on said plot Recites: RH4/8 whereas: interest on said mortgage paid to date but £100 principal still due now: Consideration: £100 paid to i) by iii) at direction of ii) i) by direction of ii) assign to iii) - residue of term in aforesaid premises subject to redemption on repayment of £100 + interest by ii) to iii) at his house in Ridgmont on 31 July next Signed: i) ii) Witness: Samuel Davis, attorney, Ampthill Consideration is the same money mentioned in endorsement on RH4/6 paid to George Exton son of within named George Exton, which in fact is the proper money of Richard Boughton.
