    To sons William and Joseph messuage, farm and lands in Felmersham, leased from Trinity College, Cambridge, and all other messuages and lands in Felmersham and Radwell ( except Pinchmill farm ), to be equally divided between them, charged with payment of money owing to Mrs Swannel of Godmanchester,and to Mrs Hannah King of Olney, and of £500 to daughter Elizabeth wife of Thomas Hine of Milton Ernest. To son Samuel, Pinchmill farm, bt. from Mr Eagleston, charged with payments to daughter Ann Maria wife of John Toller of Sapley Farm, Huntingdonshire, and to daughter Harriett wife of Thomas Inskip of Shefford. Remainder to son George, charged with payments to 3 grandchildren - John Pancourt, Mary Ann and Harriett Swannell, children of late son John, to Sarah wife of William Rey of Harrold, 2/6d. per week to Elizabeth wife of --?- Ladds of Sharnbrook, to Mary and Martha children of late brother Edward, to the members of the Methodist meeting house at Radwell for repairing it; George is to give a good new coat to the poor married men of Filgrave.
