To executors tenant right of farms with all stock etc., household goods, and personal estate, upon trust to raise £900, which is to be invested for children of sister Ursula, now wife of James Somes, by her first husband John Rogers - John Benjamin, Samuel and William Maidstone, until they are 21; then to be divided among them, tenant right of farms going to brother Samuel and sister Mary wife of William Rogers.
