Daniel Juffs of Houghton Conquest, convicted of using a dog and gun for the purpose of searching for game not being authorised to do so for want of a game certificate. He is to forfeit the sum of £5 and pay the sum of 12 shillings in costs. If in default of the payment to be imprisoned in the county gaol and kept at hard labour for the space of 3 calendar months.
