Joseph Bavister of Toddington, convicted of unlawfully using an engine commonly called a snare for the purpose of taking game. He is to forfeit the sum of £2 and pay the sum of 17 shillings 6 pence costs. If in default of the payment to be imprisoned in the new House of Correction and kept at hard labour for the space of 2 calendar months.
