    Francis Bushby late of Millbrook, carpenter, surrendered out of court 1 January 1715 by hands of Thomas Hunt and William Fisher - customary messuage in Millbrook in occupation said Francis Bushby and now of Francis Bushby his son - close of pasture adjoining 1 acre :S. parsonage :N. Land late of Edward Snagg, esquire and now of Sarah Dowager Duchess of Marlborough - close of pasture called Moor Close in Millbrook 3 acres :S. William Fisher now Thomas Roberts :W. Millbrook Warren to use of will Recites will of said Francis Bushby - real and personal estate to wife for life except cottage now in occupation brother Thomas Bushby which testator gives to said Thomas for life and then to testator’s son Francis - bequeaths to child wife is expecting if it survive her, all moveables and 1 acre freehold with a piece of land containing 3 roods - residue of estate after daughter of wife to son Francis Bushby (excepting half the turf and fern belonging to house where testator dwells, which he gives to aforesaid expected child) being copyhold, which he has surrendered to use of his will Francis Bushby the son is now admitted Fine: 4s 6d
