- TitleEdward Horrell of Wilden, convicted of stealing a hurdle property of William Hillyard and then being set up and used as a fence unlawfully. Edward Horrell is adjudged to pay the sum of 5 shillings and the value of the article a shilling and also 14 shillings in costs.. If in default of immediate payment, to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 14 days unless the sum shall be paid sooner. They direct the sum of 5 shillings to one of the overseers of the poor of the parish and the sum of a shilling to William Hillyard and 14 shillings costs to Henry Feazey.
