Lowry Corry, £2,000 each; to brother in law Reverend John Balfour Magennis of Rathvilly, Ireland, £2,000; to Edward Wilmot and Albert Henry Williams sons of late brother in law James Wilmot Williams, £2,000 each; remainder of this moiety is to be invested for Reverend John Balfour Magennis; then to nephew Somerset Richhard, Earl of Belmore, with all other trust monies. To sister Emily Louise, Countess of Belmore, all books. To be buried in Edwardstone church, Suffolk. 1 February 1853. With 2 drafts, 1849.
