- Scope and ContentExecutor brother in law William Kenworthy Brown of Goldington esq., brother George Boulton of Turvey farmer, and friend John Garrard of Olney gentleman. Recites Marriage Settlement, 14 March 1843, in pursuance of which, trustees are to stand possessed of all trust monies, to be paid after death of testator and wife to children - to son Henry, Matthew, Maurice and Joseph Brown Arthur. To executors all real estate at Moseley and King's Norton, Gloucester, and Birmingham, to be sold; money arising to be part of personal estate. To wife Ann Susan, £500, and such household goods as she desires; remainder to executors in trust for son John when 21; To executors farm at Goldington leased from the Duke of Bedford, and stock etc. in trust for son John when 21. Remainder of personal estate to executors to be sold, money arising to children equally; £1000 to be invested for daughter Mary. 19 March 1852. With earlier draft, 1842.
