    John Ansell – simple larceny – imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the Old House of Correction for 3 calendar months. Thomas Wheatley – riot and assault of a constable in the execution of his office – imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 3 weeks. Thomas Gammon the younger – simple larceny - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for a calendar month and during the last week to be kept in solitary confinement and to be once privately whipped. Daniel Cooper – simple larceny - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 14 days. Edward Ford – riot and misdemeanour - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the Old House of Correction for 3 calendar months and to enter into the recognizance for the sum of £50 to keep the peace towards all His Majesty’s subjects for one year. Ellis Hobday & Charles Richardson - riot and misdemeanour - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the Old House of Correction for 3 calendar months and to enter into the recognizance for the sum of £20 to keep the peace towards all His Majesty’s subjects for one year. Robert Wilshere, Thomas Allen Warden and William Carter - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 2 calendar months and to enter into the recognizance for the sum of £20 to keep the peace towards all His Majesty’s subjects for one year. John Manton the elder and John Manton the younger - imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the New House of Correction for 6 weeks and to enter into the recognizance for the sum of £20 to keep the peace towards all His Majesty’s subjects for one year. John Owens otherwise John Butler – simple larceny – Bill ignored – order to be discharged John Mann the elder & George Harris – conspiracy and misdemeanour with intent to cheat – having pleaded Not Guilty and not finding sureties for their appearance at the next Quarter Session to try the said indictment are to be imprisoned in the common gaol until they shall severally enter into sureties for the appearance themselves in £40 each and 2 sureties for each of them of the sum of £20 each.
