Richard Elmer and Richard Long , unlawfully using a certain engine called a snare for the purpose of killing game. Adjudged that he will forfeit the sum of £2 each and shall pay that sum together with the sum of 7s 6d each for costs. If in default to be imprisoned in the new House of Correction for the space of 6 weeks. They directed 40 shillings to be paid to the Overseers of the Poor in the parish of Bromham and costs paid to John Simson the informant.
