  • Title
    William Barrett and George Disher, trespassing on a certain close in search of game at the parish of Everton. Adjudged that he will forfeit the sum of 40 shillings each and shall pay that sum together with the sum of 10 shillings each for costs and if in default of payment then sentenced to be imprisoned in the New House of Correction and kept at hard labour for the period of 2 calendar months. They directed 40 shillings each to be paid to Samuel Danes, Overseer of the Poor in the said parish and 10 shillings each to be paid to John Armsby, the complainant.
