Joseph Wildman, bricklayer of Toddington, using a greyhound for the purpose of killing game. Adjudged that he will forfeit the sum of £5 and shall pay that sum together with the sum of 17 shillings for costs and if in default of payment then sentenced to be imprisoned in the New House of Correction and kept at hard labour for the period of 3 calendar months. They directed £5 to be paid to William Henson, Overseer of the Poor in the said parish and 10 shillings to be paid to Joseph Buckingham, the complainant.
