The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Turvey [appellants] and The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Carlton [respondents] it is ordered that under the hands and seals of John Gibbard and Richard Longuet Orebar, Justices of the Peace, bearing the date of 6 November 1832 for the removal of Joseph Goslick from and our of the parish of Carlton to the praish of Turvey is to be quashed.
