Writer wishes to know what quality and quantity of clothing he should provide. Attached is account of what apprentice now owes for articles supplied at the reqest of his sister. Refuses to supply him with money, ''as to his conduct - I Should have less fault to find were he more active.... I very much fear that his hands will never have their proper use - they certainly are no better although the weather is much warmer.''
